Quand la rencontre de deux activistes de la scène Méditerranéenne aboutit au mariage entre les transes gnaouie, les boucles de la musique subsaharienne et l’électro la plus ensorcelante, la célébration se fait forcément explosive. Sur les pistes de cette African techno, Annas Zine et Arthur Peneau, chanteurs-instrumentistes au Gumbri, à l’Oud et à la Kora électrique, embarquant Did Miosine aux machines pour un trip envoûtant aux confins du Maghreb. Derrières les voix enchanteresses ou rugissantes, l’appel à la danse se fait par les rythmes et les soubresauts ternaires baignés d’électro. Ça tourne jusqu’à s’étourdir, ça bouillonne et tourbillonne dans des transes infinies aux échos d’orient et aux groove apatrides.

When the meeting of two activists of the Mediterranean scene leads to the marriage between Gnaoui trances, the loops of sub-Saharan music and the most bewitching electro, the celebration is inevitably explosive. On the tracks of this African techno, Annas Zine and Arthur Peneau, singer-instrumentalists on the Gumbri, the Oud and the electric Kora, embark Did Miosine on the machines for a bewitching trip to the borders of the Maghreb. Behind the enchanting or roaring voices, the call to dance is made by the rhythms and the ternary jolts bathed in electro. It spins until it gets dizzy, it bubbles and swirls in infinite trances with echoes of the Orient and stateless grooves.
